Due to the perishable nature of our food products and to maintain utmost hygiene and freshness, we do not accept returns or exchange.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been shipped.
Damaged or Defective Products:
While we take utmost care in preparing and packaging our ladoos, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue.
Refunds:
Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged or defective products, and a decision will be made on a case-by-case basis. If eligible, we may offer a replacement or refund for the affected items.
